All Star Tournament Team Guidelines 
Teams must consist of players registered to your league 
Ages are determined by USA Little League August 31st cut off
(Birth Certificates available upon request)
Travel teams are not permitted for registration in baseball or softball tournaments 
Sanctioned teams are not permitted for registration in VEA Softball Tournaments 
Only USA Baseball and Softball Bats are permitted
